The congress secretariat has received confirmation of the participation of four great personalities of the international legal community. We will have italian professors: Tania Groppi from the University of Siena and Lucio Pegoraro from the University of Bologna. In addition, from Latin America we will count on the presence of Professor Magdalena Inés Correa Henao from the Externado University of Colombia and Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón, magistrate-president of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Federation´s Judicial Power. In all cases, the organizing committee has planned magisterial conferences and special ones which will facilitate debate and exchange of experiences at the highest level taking into consideration the recognized scientific and professional trajectory of the confirming participants in constitutional and comparative law matters. Undoubtedly, this excellent news constitutes a promising projection of the academic quality and international impact that Cuba CON-PARA will exhibit.
