Cuba CON-PARA guarantees data protection of people interested in sending contributions, whether they are accepted or not. Personal and institutional data uploaded onto the Congress website or sent by email or to its secretary will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the Congress bases and won't be available for no other object or other people or institutions, unless a legal obligation suggests otherwise.

During the reviewing process the contributions won't be used for other purposes than the ones stated on the Congress bases and will be communicated at the time of their publication. The rejected contributions will be stored on the digital database of the Congress and will be used in strict compliance of the terms that motivated their sending.
